Terms & Condition

1. Campaign Period: The campaign by Eyzy.my is valid until December 31st, 2024.

2. Eligibility:

- All individuals are qualified to take part in this campaign.


3. Referral Process:

- Referrers can share their unique referral link provided by Eyzy.my with potential referees.

- Referees must use the referral code during the insurance renewal process.


4. Rewards:

- Referral rewards will be based on the total purchase amount of the insurance renewal by the referee.

- For insurance renewals above RM 500 and up to RM 2000, referrers will receive RM 5 cash transferred to their bank account, and referees will receive RM 5 discount on their purchase.

- For insurance renewals between RM 2000 to RM 3000, both referrers and referees will receive RM 10 each.

- For insurance renewals above RM 3000, both referrers and referees will receive RM 15 each.


5. Redemption:

- Referrers will receive their reward credited to their bank account within 5 working days after the referee's insurance renewal transaction is completed.

- Referees will receive their discount applied to their purchase immediately upon completing the transaction.


6. Campaign End:

- The insurance renewal campaign ends on December 31st, 2024.

- Insurance renewals made after this date will not qualify for rewards.


7. Modification and Termination:

- Eyzy.my reserves the right to modify or terminate the insurance renewal campaign at any time without prior notice.


8. General:

- Participation in the insurance renewal campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
